Olson30 North--Americans
This year’s North American championship was hosted in Kingston, Ontario which is considered by many sailors as the mecca of fresh water sailing. Nine teams competed in four days of racing to earn the George Olson Memorial trophy. On the first day, during the offshore regatta, winds blew up to 35 knots near the finish line. The last section of the course was downwind so we hoist our Lee Sails spinnaker and were able to overtake two teams earning both 4th place and the respect of the whole fleet with this incredible performance. For the three other days, we had some great battles. We closed the gap with the leaders and we even had a podium finish for the last regatta. The workmanship is first rate and far surpasses any sail that I have seen including any sail that was made in

.
In fact the workmanship is so fine that the sail is a work if art, the only other sail that is similar in workmanship is an old Lee Sail Genoa that I have (which drove me to seek out your company for a main sail in the first place)

Hello Bob, we are very happy with the mainsail that Lee Sails built for us. By the look and feel of the material it should have great durability. The workmanship is top notch and the attention to detail with reef lines included especially for a cruising sail is much appreciated. The sail fit our boat without any adjustments required. As a new, stiff sail it set well and has plenty of drive for our Rafiki 37.
